Please tick the box on the right to confirm you will read the EAP and guidelines before the first session and understand and agree to follow all content. You also understand that this swim block sessions are not coached and any advice or plan is a suggested set to enable group trianing dynamics. Signing in and out is required for each session to conform to leisure centre regulations. Any coaching provided seperatley to the session is not part of the set. If changes have been made to which part of the pool is for set and coaching these will be briefed at the begining.
