This weekend saw Nicetri events stage the middle distance British championship with the iconic 'Grafman' race. On the day the condition's were perfect for racing and the event brought the very best middle distance triathletes from around the country to race at the beautiful Grafham water. There were 5 members of the St Neots Nicetri club that competed in the event which compromised of a 1900m swim, 90km Bike and then a 21km Run

This weekend saw that start of the triathlon season which came in with an almighty bang at Grafham water. The event was the World Standard distance qualifier held by the superb Nicetri Events Team. The previous weeks before many competitors and club members were fearing a cold swim followed by frozen hands on the bike leg. However with unprecedented temperatures the race was held in beautiful blazing conditions.

The first race of the weekend involved Sam Williams (in the standard distance) who had a strong 1^st run and bike leg and came home 8^th in his age group and 4^th placed GB athlete.

The next race was the sprint classification. Karl Hiner had a solid race with 3^rd fastest bike split coming 6^th overall and 4^th placed GB athlete.

This weekend saw six Nicetri members undertake the Diss Sprint Duathlon (5.1k run -30k bike-5.1k run) on Sunday 03/04/16. Karl Hiner, Dawn Parr, Phil Redden and Paul Ridley were using this as the last warm up for the European AG Duathlon Championship. Paul Ruddlesdin and Paul Newell also competed and used the event to prepare for the upcoming triathlon season.

This weekend saw the Bedford Autodrome Sprint Duathlon held by Nicetri events which was a draft legal race. It consisted of a 5km run followed by a 20km bike and then finally a 2.5km run to finish off. The race was a Great Britain Age-Group qualifier for the 2016 Aviles ITU Sprint Distance Duathlon World Championships.

This weekend saw the highly important European Duathlon qualifiers held at Grafham water by Nicetri Events. Despite the fierce wind and difficult conditions the event attracted the top duathletes from around the country to try to qualifier to represent GB in their age groups for Duathlon in 2017.
