During the winter the club have continued to put on the club ride on a Saturday morning
Does not matter what you are training for, these are great rides out to help improve your base fitness ready for the summer months with rides generally lasting around 2hrs / 25-30 miles with the mandatory cafe stop at the end of the ride for for coffee and cakes or the Extra special breakfast a favourite of James Woods.
For those wanting a few extra miles Andy Neeves has been building up the miles for his Ironman training and starting a couple of hours earlier then joining the club ride later at 11am
